Cheeks

Rosy cheeks in various shades seem to be my trademark. I think they make faces seem cuter. My boyfriend suggested that perhaps I don't need to always do cheeks- not everyone has rosy ones! That got me thinking, maybe I don't need the cheeks at all. I'm unsure so I'm posting up a baby with and without! Any opinions welcome ;-)

Thanks Ladysnail!
Think my friend teaches Year 3 or the MA course. Anyway, enjoy it while you're there-it goes too fast!x

I think your boyfriend has a point - the rosey cheeks DO look cute, but not to have them makes the face a bit different - pink cheeks make the facial expression different, kind of shyer, and more gentle, whereas without them the face is more serious and thoughtful - maybe if you were doing several babies together you could have a mix?

I do a bit of both when I have the choice.

Yes, I see what you mean. I think I will try a mixture on the babies illustration as there are 13 different babies on there. Thanks.
